During each run, players in Wheelie Spooky use physics-based bike handling to balance their rides, adjusting the gas and brake to keep the front wheel raised. Longer wheelies earn more points, while tail scrapes, tricks, and standing on the seat each add x2 multipliers. The pumpkin star doubles points again, allowing players to stack bonuses up to x8. Strings of bat coins reward daring rides, while witch's potions provide boosts, bone magnets attract nearby coins, and gravestone shields prevent one flip. Each fall ends the run, converting earned points and collected coins into rewards for new bikes, upgrades, and costumes.
